Vila del Sendero Condominium: Horizontal gated community in San Rafael de Heredia, on a 9-hectare site, a condominium of 303 homes and a 2,000 m2 commercial lot were built. 24-hour security, electrified and perimeter fence, treatment plant, retention pond, walking trails, green areas with path, playgrounds, various barbecue ranches and a soccer field 5 are some of the amenities offered in the project. The homes were mostly one level, with 115 M2 of average construction. Scope of work: Site acquisition, planning, pre-development (design/construction permits), civil works (Infrastructure construction), and vertical (Housing construction).
