Project Management of one of the corporate towers in the Parque da Cidade Complex. A Mixed-Use project composed of corporate, residential, hotel and shopping-center towers with all areas connected to an enormous linear park. The sustainable solutions adopted in the complex qualify it for LEED, AQUA and LEED-ND certifications, for the first time ever in South America.
