Project management and construction-bidding process for Prologis CCP’s venture located in the city of Araçariguama / SP. The logistics center was built in an area of over 1.3 million square meters with approximately 265 thou m2 of construction. Modern construction methods were used, such as metallic structures with the insulation of Tilt-up panels.
