Located in Marion Oaks, this project consists of a 2-story apartment building with 5 townhomes. The middle units will have 3 bedrooms while the outer units will have 4 bedrooms in a total of approximately 1,500 AC sq ft each. The townhomes have undergone a value analysis exercise in the search for best constructability with the idea that this floorplan could be reproduced in different sites for different investments.
