Located near Nashville TN, the project is divided into two sites across from each other with a total of 144 new single-family houses plus amenities for rental. Amenities include nature Trails and a clubhouse with pool, gym, indoor and outdoor event areas. The two-story houses are built with wood frames and siding on monolithic foundation. The area of the houses varies between 2,352 and 2,926 square feet; and they have between 3 and 4 bedrooms. There are six different house floor plans and eighteen different elevation options distributed throughout the two sites.
